SORT OF TREKKING!

Continuation of our Anawangin  trip last May.
***
Here’s our second day/first morning at Anawangin Cove.

HANG OVER IT IS! XD
*
Haha! Started our day with some jjamppong noodles and softdrinks.  Err! Really had a bad stomach that morning! Literally had only about two sip of that noodles and Ian enjoyed the rest! =\

The day before, we planned to experience some trekking, so we did. O.O Here’s a FAR-view-shot of  what we had to climb.
Really looks easy to do ha?

A little long walk, then cross this serene stream to reach the mountain, and wullah! prepare yourselves to climb. PREPARE!!? Haha.. (love this part in Anawangin.. cold and clear water <3 )

Ian and yours truly :) with Oprah (my Nikon D3100) and Yappy (Ian’s GE x5)
(See that “low waist” shorts I’m wearing? Hahahaha! Observe pictures later, how LOW it became after)

a shot, with people, some also did the trek.
and another blurry shot, by Joey. Heks! *peace out*

THE CLIMB

A few “crawling” up the mountain, one GOOD samaritan (that guy in green shorts at my back) gave that stick I’m holding. He said, it will help me crawl up/climb. And yes, it did. SUCH BIG HELP! =) Thank You!!!

This were the only photos we had while climbing, using my sister’s digi cam (since I can’t with Oprah). Can’t take off my hand with that stick and the other with whatever I can hold on to, to climb myself up!

NOG NOG MODE
But finally reached the top or should I say, reached the half!? Haha.. It was so hot! And tell you, hard to trek! XD I think I just died that day. :( Didn’t took us an hour to climb, though I’m saying that now, from months ago.

Anawangin’s Fog via Oprah
Drenched with sweat? PAID OFF! =)
On a diet? Try Trekking, instant result!

As I said, reached the half. Ian and I didn’t push through another half, I CAN’T ANYMORE! I was actually thinking of going down already and HOW!? O.O So tired and hungry. Hehe! :) The best/worst way to clear off hangover! :D

Wished him good luck.
Joey was the only one who have the guts and who’s really determined to reach the top, top. So he did, he climbed along with others (mostly men). Small but terrible ha? :D

He did reached the peak! And that’s us, gaining back some strength! :P

And time to get down, grab some bread, dip into the waters and head home.

PS,
Who knew it would be fun!? :) Though thinking of not doing trekking on our next escapades, until some time.. still want you to try this!  Since we’re not all alike, you might enjoy it (like mountaineers does).
Hooray! Safe and Sound!
xx
